Jim Walt
Jim joined Valley in 1989 and is responsible for leadership, direction, and management of the company to achieve financial, operational, contractual, personnel and strategic objectives. Previously he served as Director of Operations, Dining Services from 1995-2000 and Senior VP of Dining and Health Services from 2000-2004. Jim was named President/CEO in 2004.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. He enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
