Joey leads Valley’s Higher Education, Independent Schools and Healthcare markets. He has a strong leadership that builds impressive client relationships, customer engagement and fiscal responsibility.
Joey joined the Valley and the Elior NA family of brands in April 2018. He come to us from Los Angeles Unified School District which is the nation’s second largest K-12 Nutrition Program, Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Huntsville City Schools.

John leads Valley’s Community Meals segment partnering with local agencies to nourish seniors and eliminate isolation among our nation’s seniors. John has an extensive successful hospitality industry background from restaurant owner, culinary entrepreneur and concept development, to a multi-unit, multi-concept executive leader. He is the recipient of numerous awards such as “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Asian Restaurant.”
Currently, John leads the Valley team to develop unique solutions for each Senior Nutrition Agency. For each partner, John’s team creates a custom program based on their three (3) core program components – Menu Development, Meal Production, and Logistics. Each client is an integral part of their meal program as Valley provides a quality, yet more cost-effective program that seniors enjoy.
Higher Education and Independent Schools
Candace creates partnerships that enhance the culinary experiences for students, faculty and staff within the education market. She leads an effective growth team across the nation to bring culinary innovation and exemplary service provided by local teams and global resources to the higher education and independent school campuses. As a chef-centric, food-focused company, Candance brings modern concepts embodying made-from-scratch foods to campuses.
Managing Director of Growth for Community Meals
Devon leads the Elior North America Growth Team that is fueled by a passion to nourish our nation’s seniors. Devon builds partnerships with clients to provide a custom meal solution for each client leveraging three (3) core program components – Menu Development, Meal Production, and Logistics. She brings to clients a quality, yet more cost-effective program that enables them to feed more seniors or provide additional services in our communities.
Devon holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia’s Polytech Institute. She has an extensive history in the Healthcare industry bringing dining solutions that enhance the lives of patients and residents. Her healthcare experience strengthens her current role to bring innovative solutions to the senior nutrition and out-patient care market
Managing Director of Growth for Healthcare
Michael leads the healthcare growth team to enhance the patient and resident experience. Michael and his team recognizes that quality patient nourishment positively impacts the patient outcomes. Our solutions are developed around well-balanced nutrition, a fiscally-responsible approach and an understanding of the unique challenges of the healthcare industry.
